A more youthful look doesn’t necessarily mean having to undergo major surgery. Wrinkle fillers can be used on many different areas of the face such as the nasolabial folds, marionette lines, cheeks, tear troughs, lips and other places. Wrinkle fillers and injectable dermal fillers can provide a natural, youthful, healthy appearance.

Botox is great for smoothing out forehead lines, crow’s feet, and glabellar lines between the eyebrows. Dr. Kevin Ende, M.D. in Englewood, NJ is an expert in Botox treatments and injectable wrinkle fillers. He specializes in lip fillers, wrinkle fillers, eyelid lifts (blepharoplasty), tear trough corrections and Botox, Restylane, Juvederm, Radiesse and Kybella treatments.

A Highly Respected Plastic Surgeon

Dr. Ende has previously served as a Clinical Trial Investigator for ten different trials where he injected thousands of patients with these products.  Since then Dr. Ende has treated many more patients with wrinkle fillers and Botox. Patients often have treatments on a regular basis and many eventually go on to have cosmetic surgeries with Dr. Ende. Dr. Ende also published a book chapter in 2007 describing methods to reduce the signs of ageing in lips using dermal fillers. He was an investigator in an FDA trial during 2007 and 2008 that sought approval for lip enhancement. This trial focused on advanced injection techniques with a temporary filler (Juvéderm®) to restore lip fullness and correct sagging of the lip corners. Dr. Ende designed, conducted, and published his own trial in San Francisco on Nasolabial fold enhancement using Perlane® and Radiesse®.

Effective Treatments

At his clinic in Englewood, NJ, Dr. Kevin Ende, M.D. offers a range of anti-ageing treatments. Most wrinkle and lip fillers can be reversed, but this is rarely requested. Many patients opt for additional fillers that can be added after two weeks. A simple injection of fat in the tear trough, or groove under the eyelid, can achieve a more refreshed look. The area injected affects how long the fillers last.

Some fillers, like Voluma, last longer than others. For a more permanent solution, consider fat injections or implants. Injectable dermal fillers have instant results while Botox starts working in a few days. Nasolabial fold enhancement is a popular form of facial rejuvenation. This area, known as “The Parentheses”, can be filled with temporary fillers such as Restylane®, Juvéderm® and Perlane®, semi-permanent fillers such as Radiesse® or permanent fillers such as Artifill®, Silkon®, or your own fat.

PRP

On top of our collection of fillers, we also are happy to inject platelet rich plasma, also known as PRP. PRP is obtained by drawing blood from the client and running it through a centrifuge to separate it from the other components of the blood. Once we have the PRP, we can apply it to problem areas including your scalp to promote hair growth or your face to reduce wrinkles and fine lines. Because PRP is drawn from your own body, there is no risk of it being rejected, making it a safe and effective option. Give our team a call for more information about the many different applications for PRP and to set up an appointment today.

  • How long does the PRP process take?

The blood draw takes just a couple of minutes, followed by a 10-minute centrifugation. The time involved in the application may vary based on your provider’s intended use.

  • How many PRP sessions are required?

Your medical professional will create a treatment plan based on your individual needs.

  • Can a PRP procedure be painful?

Eclipse PRP® has a very high pH level, which means it’s less likely to cause any stinging or burning sensation. There may be some temporary discomfort or possible redness and inflammation at the application site, but quickly resolves.

  • Is PRP safe?

Since Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is produced from your own blood, there is virtually no risk of an allergic reaction or rejection.
